This morning A24 has dropped the second official trailer for The Lighthouse from director Robert Eggers. If you thought the first one was strange and weird (in all the best ways), then get ready for more of the same.
After seeing this trailer for The Lighthouse, all I can say is, “What?” Okay, maybe not actually, but Robert Pattinson and Willem Dafoe look absolutely unreal in this. It’s so contained, which gives the two incredible actors a chance to shine in their roles as lighthouse keepers.
We’ve got almost no plot summary of the film, and honestly I prefer it that way. I’m sold just from the mood.
In addition to the trailer, we have a new poster for The Lighthouse. Personally, I like the first better, but you won’t hear me complain about this either.
